Emergency / Basic First Aid
This course is for individuals who require general knowledge of First Aid and CPR and is designed to give participants basic skills to deal with minor emergency situations including:

- How to help manage minor bleeds and wound care
- Recognizing life threatening and none life threatening situations

Standard / Intermediate First Aid
This course is designed for individuals who want to learn more than what the basic course offers or build on existing skills. It provides comprehensive information on serious injuries, what to do if you suspect head and spinal injuries and would be the preferred training for industry and the workplace.
Extended First Aid
Developed to meet the needs of the workplace and can be customized to meet your specific needs. Topics will be chosen to ensure the most common risks in your workplace are addressed and everyone has the skills they need to help in an emergency.

CPR & AED
CPR is a critical life-saving skill. While it is not difficult to learn, enrolling in a CPR course ensures that participants are well-prepared to provide effective care to individuals in need. This type of first aid training is helpful to know in case of medical emergencies that involve adults, children, and infants.
CPR-BLS for Healthcare Providers
This training is highly sought after by emergency responders and healthcare professionals to meet workplace requirements and enhance their ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies. The course covers rapid responses to emergency events, airway management, artificial respiration techniques, and the use of automated external defibrillators (AED).
First Safety and Prevention
This course explains the chemistry of fire, the types of fires, common fire hazards and ways to prevent and respond to fires in the workplace. Participants will learn about the general requirements for emergency exits and how to use portable fire extinguishers. The content of this course has been designed to comply with the intent of the applicable regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.

Fire Marshal
This training course covers the role of the designated fire marshal (fire warden). It equips individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to ensure fire safety in workplaces and buildings covering fire safety legislation, evacuation procedures, fire safety record keeping and the role of the fire warden.
Disaster Preparedness
This 1-day course is based on 6.5 hours of student contact time and introduces disaster risk reduction and preparedness, including provision of basic first aid in disasters. Participants learn actions to be taken before, during and after disasters and demonstrate basic help to injuries and situations likely to be encountered because of a disaster.

Occupational Safety and Health for SMEs
This course introduces SME workers, employers, and managers to key OSH principles, concepts, processes, and tools to help establish a culture of safety and health with continuous improvement.

Mental Health and Wellness
This one-day course helps participants better recognize the signs of possible mental health injuries and how/where to get help and how to be more empathetic and supportive of people experiencing mental health challenges.
